Fenugreek to me...just methin with ya

I've got quite a patch of fenugreek. Now, what to do with it--let it go to seed and harvest, or chop the (flowering) greens off and make something new? Since I have a fresh bag of fenugreek powder (I was worried the rock-like whole seeds would be too difficult to grind, even with a spice grinder), and the greens are only found at Indian markets, the greens will win. Now to find a recipe besides butter chicken to make with it!
